General terms & conditions
These general terms & conditions apply to all non-binding booking enquiries.
Each booking enquiry will be forwarded to Alpen Air exclusive apartments on your behalf. Booking enquiries are sent to the hotel by e-mail without obligation and will be answered directly within a short period of time and include an offer or specific information that you have requested. An accommodation or travel service contract shall be concluded for bookings; in particular, the respective cancellation periods and conditions shall be observed.
30% of the total amount is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the rest is to be paid upon departure in cash, by debit card, or by a common credit card (Visa or MasterCard – only at our partner company Schwabenbräu). All rights and obligations resulting from the accommodation or travel service contract exist directly and exclusively between the booking party and Alpen Air exclusive apartments.
The prices include: amenities (bed linen and towels), parking for the duration of the stay, LAN and Wi-Fi, use of washing machine and dryer, sauna, welcome gift.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
The following cancellation conditions apply to all bookings:
Up to 3 months (90 days) before arrival: no cancellation fee
From 1 month (30 days) before arrival: 70% of the booking amount will be charged to you
Late arrival, early departure, no show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged
Cancellations must be sent directly to Alpen Air. Please note that Alpen Air reserves the right to cancel your booking within 24 hours of receipt without reason. In order to prevent incurring cancellation fees, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
